Phillip Kosmala

Co-Founder of Taiber Kosmala & Associates, Phillip is a CFA with over 15 years of experience in the investment consulting industry. Previously, he worked at Lowery Asset Consulting, holding the positions of executive vice president, director of manager research, chief compliance officer, and chairman of the firm’s investment committee. Phil and his team had the responsibility of advising a national client base of endowments, foundations, plan sponsors, and affluent families. Additionally, he headed the firm’s manager research efforts and chaired the firm’s investment committee charged with capital markets research, tactical asset allocation, and manager research and diligence. 

Phil has also served as acting chairman of the investment committee and as manager research director at DiMeo Schneider & Associates, LLC. In the early 1990’s, Phil spent four years with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as an auditor of money management firms and registered investment advisors. He has been quoted in various national media publications and made several appearances at industry conferences.
