Berkshire Hathaway's real estate brokerage HomeServices of America has reached a settlement of $250 million in a lawsuit concerning commission fees.
BlackRock World ETF Flash Crashes on Deutsche Boerse
BlackRock's global ETF listed on the Deutsche Boerse experienced a flash crash earlier this month as liquidity vanished from the market following the report of US jobs data.
The incident saw the $74.4bn iShares Core MSCI World UCITS ETF (EUNL) briefly fall 5% at 2.30pm Central European Time on 5 April, moments after the key economic data was published.
EUNL’s price jumped back shortly after as market-making activity was resumed on the ETF.

CoinShares acquires Valkyrie’s ETF business
CoinShares, a European digital asset investment firm, has completed the acquisition of Valkyrie Funds, including the sponsor rights to the firm’s spot Bitcoin exchange-traded funds (ETFs).
As part of the deal, CoinShares has also acquired the firm’s investment advisory business, Valkyrie Investments, and the sponsor rights for its physically-backed Bitcoin
