(Financial Review) - Family lawyers are seeing more young couples seeking prenuptial agreements as soaring house prices prompt parents to offer financial support – with strings attached.
Between 2002 and mid-2022, the average deposit more than doubled from less than $50,000 to more than $100,000, the Productivity Commission has found. It means the average first home buyer deposit is more than 80 percent.
