(US Times Post) - SOFIA Vergara has officially been dumped by her future ex-husband, Joe Manganiello.
Joe, 46, filed for divorce from Sofia, 51, but her fans shouldn’t worry – she’s very protective.
Joe officially filed for divorce last week, citing July 2, 2023 as the date of separation.
Accordingly TMZthe actor submitted the paperwork last Wednesday night.

The court records cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for the divorce.
A prenuptial agreement also came about as a result of the recent filing.
Each party can keep any assets they have acquired over the course of their relationship.
That means the AGT judge’s $180 million net worth won’t shrink.
Since they have no children, there is no need for a custody agreement.
Some sources said children could be the reason for the divorce because Joe wants a child, but Sofia is opposed to becoming a mother.
Each party is responsible for paying its respective attorneys’ fees.

Sofia’s love of partying was reportedly one of the reasons behind her split from Joe, The US Sun exclusively revealed.
The True-Blood guy often stayed away from his wife when she went to parties or invited friends to “cocktail nights” at her mansion in Los Angeles, California.
Joe, who battled alcohol addiction in his early 20s, “found it challenging to be surrounded by potential temptations.”
Sofia and Joe have endured “a difficult couple of years” in their marriage during which they “started to drift apart during the COVID pandemic.”
Vergara’s business associates say she’s “lived practically like a single woman for the past few months.”
The source said: “Sofia and Joe have been on a good run and have managed to last longer than some in their circle of friends had anticipated. One factor was their completely different take on partying and enjoying a cocktail.
“Sofia really enjoys having cocktails and drinks with friends. It’s one of the ways she lets her hair down. She’s always been like this. She meets people at home and also organizes little soirees at her place. This has become increasingly difficult for Joe in recent years.
“He really feared that drinking alcohol again would drive him insane, so he would always avoid the temptation.
“Surely she’s been traveling alone for the last few years as Joe just wanted to avoid problems. It was tough for him. Everyone was very understanding but he encouraged Sofia to live her life and be happy.
“People in Sofia noticed that increasingly they were not together and she was alone a lot.”

Joe is ready to leave his Hollywood lifestyle behind after they divorce, a pal told The US Sun.
A family friend tells the US Sun that one of the reasons the couple split was because of their very different goals in life.
The insider revealed, “I don’t think Joe has ever felt really comfortable in a huge mansion in Los Angeles or on the beaches of Saint Tropez.”
“He saw the stuff for what it was and only let it into his life because it made Sofia happy.
“Now that he’s no longer married, there’s no way Joe is staying in Beverly Hills and I wouldn’t be shocked if he found a humble small town to settle in.
“He misses the backyard barbecues and the circle of friends he had in the early days of his career, and he’s tried to recreate that vibe throughout this marriage with little success.”
For the past few years, Vergara and Manganiello have been living in a $26 million mansion in the ultra-exclusive celebrity enclave of Beverly Park.
It’s a far cry from Manganiello’s middle-class childhood in suburban Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania alongside his younger brother Nick.
Sofia and Joe’s assets are protected by an ironclad marriage contract.
Another source claims the split was because Sofia doesn’t want children, but Joe does.
