Envestnet | Tamarac Simplifies Billing and Auditing Processes for Advisors Using The Advisor View™ Portfolio Management Application

Envestnet | Tamarac has added new auditing capabilities to the powerful billing functionality in its Advisor View application that make it easy for advisors to compare billing periods and complete auditing processes. 

 

The enhancements made to the Account Billing History report in Advisor View enable advisors to easily compare the Previous Billable Value, Previous Billed Amount and Previous Billing Date for any date period or number of billing cycles.

 

With this update, advisors no longer need to manually gather or manipulate data to evaluate the previous billing cycle with the current billing. Using Advisor View, they can easily look across their client account billing history to quickly identify discrepancies.

 

In addition to selecting a custom date range, advisors can simply check the new Most Recent Billing Date option to quickly run a comparison of the current billing cycle against the previous. As a best practice, advisors can also save a dynamic version of the Account Billing History report using the Most Recent Billing Date setting to easily access the report for ongoing auditing purposes.

These capabilities were added as part of Envestnet | Tamarac's June 2017 technology release, which also include updates to Advisor View's portfolio management and performance reporting application and enhancements to core applications in the Tamarac Advisor Xi® platform. Envestnet | Tamarac consistently enhances all of the applications that comprise its integrated Advisor Xi technology suite for independent RIAs, rolling out a new round of updates every 60 days.
