(NCS), a compliance consulting firm formed to assist state and federally registered investment advisers, hedge funds, mutual funds, and broker dealers nationwide. Ms. Dew is also the managing partner of The Law Offices of Rita G. Dew, P.A. The focus of her legal practice is on investment management and representing investment advisers and broker/dealers on issues dealing with corporate and securities law in the financial markets.
