George Michael Exes in Legal Fight

George Michael’s ex-boyfriend has joined the battle for a slice of the late superstar’s millions.

The Careless Whisper star, who died in December 2016, left his $A184 million estate and properties to his sisters Melanie and Yioda.

But Kenny Goss, 59, his former partner of 15 years, is claiming a large portion of his estate on the grounds he helped the troubled singer through hard times, The Sun reports.

The American businessman has hired lawyers to make the case.

“George always told Kenny he would look after him, see him right and that he would not want for anything,” a source said.

“They were together for many years and Kenny looked after him so much. He doesn’t feel the will reflects this.”

Kenny joins Lebanese hairdresser Fadi Fawaz, 45 — who was together with George for five years until his death on Christmas Day — in challenging the will.

Fawaz has been told to move out of his ex-lover’s $A8.8 million house.

Fadi won’t inherit the three-bedroom home in London’s Regent’s Park where he’s currently living.

According to the Mirror, his hopes of owning the property are all but over.

An insider told the paper: “Fadi realises his days there are likely to be numbered as it’s been made clear he won’t be inheriting the place”.

“He’ll be sad to leave as it’s where he and George shared so many happy moments.”

Earlier this year, Fadi revealed he was selling the car George gifted him and has struggled with debt.

The Sun revealed the late star’s possessions were being repossessed after Fadi fell behind with payments on the singer’s North London home and he’s now selling off George’s things.

The singer’s family also gave Fadi $A440,000, despite claims he’s broke.

Fadi was sleeping in his car on Christmas Eve 2016, the night of George’s death. He discovered George’s body in the morning and called the police.

The Regent’s Park property is one of three George owned in the UK.

He also has a $A8.8 million house in Goring, Oxfordshire and an $19 million home in Highgate, North London, which family members are hoping to rent out for $44,000 a month.

With no husband, children or any obvious heirs, there has been some speculation over what will happen to his estate.

George was godfather to Martin Kemp’s kids Roman and Harley, who could be set to inherit a share, along with Geri Halliwell’s daughter Bluebell — despite his ex, Goss, actually being her godfather.
